We all know that we only want the very best for our babies, even if at times that means breaking the piggy bank. In our current times we are inundated with warnings about bottles, plastics, and other harmful chemicals that used to be acceptable ingredients. No wonder our heads are spinning! Those of us who wish to have alternatives usually find ourselves "Googling" away after the little ones are in bed, then charging our credit cards and happily dealing with the added shipping and duty fees.
In Toronto, located at Richmond & Yonge, there is a little place called Yonge Pharmacy. Yes, it is a dispensary for our usual medications, but there's more. When you walk in you are greeted with a small retail section of unique, hard to find items for the whole family. From Born Free baby bottles, to the cultish SIGG beverage holder this store has great quality products for entire family. One of my personal (or shall I say, MoJo's) favourites, is the gDiaper system. Other baby products include 7th Generation diapers, Green to Grow bottles, and the new Foogo system from Thermos. The owners are awesome and complete the experience. They are as happy to spend a moment demonstrating how to care for your products as they are commiserating over junior's stubborn diaper rash!
