It's a heart-wrenching choice to have to make, but eventually many of us will have to return to work and therefore, find competent care for our babies. For some of us, we realize that we love being a Mom but being a Stay-at-Home Mom (SAHM) is not our path. Others face the reality that financially both Mom and Dad have to work to keep the cheque book balanced.
